This position offers hourly wages typically ranging from $15 to $24, with potential for overtime, weekend, and holiday pay, as well as performance-based bonuses that vary by hotel location. Housekeepers are expected to complete a set number of rooms each shift, perform deep cleaning tasks as required, and maintain cleaning equipment and housekeeping carts in an organized manner. They may also be assigned to clean hallways or perform other duties assigned by supervisory staff. Job Requirements
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or related role preferred
- ability to follow cleaning and safety protocols
- must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- able to respond promptly to guest requests
- reliable and punctual
