Job Requirements
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or related role preferred
- ability to follow cleaning and safety protocols
- must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- able to respond promptly to guest requests
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- good communication skills for guest interaction
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms including making beds changing linens cleaning bathrooms vacuuming floors dusting furniture
- replenish towels and toiletries
- remove trash and restock housekeeping carts
- ensure rooms meet Hilton cleanliness and brand standards
- respond to guest requests and report maintenance issues
- complete a set number of rooms per shift
- perform deep cleaning tasks when required
- organize housekeeping carts and maintain cleaning equipment
- clean hallways when assigned
