- high school diploma or equivalent previous housekeeping experience preferred ability to follow instructions and work independently good communication and customer service skills attention to detail physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment basic knowledge of safety practices in housekeeping teams oriented and cooperative attitude

- clean guest rooms including making beds changing linens cleaning bathrooms vacuuming floors dusting furniture replenishing towels and toiletries removing trash restocking housekeeping carts ensure rooms meet Hilton cleanliness and brand standards prepare rooms for arriving guests respond to guest requests report maintenance issues complete set number of rooms per shift perform deep cleaning tasks organize housekeeping carts replace linens clean hallways when assigned maintain cleaning equipment follow Hilton cleaning procedures safety guidelines hotel service standards
