Hilton is currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join its team and play a vital role in upholding the cleanliness and appearance of its guest rooms and hotel areas. This position is integral to the overall guest experience, ensuring rooms and common spaces meet Hilton's stringent cleanliness and brand standards before guests arrive. Housekeepers at Hilton are entrusted with a range of responsibilities including cleaning guest rooms, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, replenishing towels and toiletries, removing trash, and restocking housekeeping carts. Their role also involves responding promptly to guest requests and communicating maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage, typically ranging from $15 to $24 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities such as overtime pay, weekend pay, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses, which can vary by hotel location. Housekeepers are expected to complete a set number of rooms during each shift while adhering to safety guidelines, Hilton's cleaning procedures, and service standards that reflect the brand's commitment to excellence. The work also includes occasional deep cleaning tasks, organizing housekeeping supplies, cleaning hallways when required, and maintaining the housekeeping equipment.
