Established over a century ago, Hilton has grown to become a trusted name synonymous with quality service, comfort, and innovation in lodging. The company operates numerous brands that cater to a wide range of travelers, from luxury seekers to business professionals and family vacationers. With a commitment to upholding its brand standards and fostering a welcoming environment, Hilton continuously invests in its employees and facilities to ensure every guest's stay is memorable and enjoyable.

As part of its ongoing dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, Hilton is currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers / Room Attendants. This role is pivotal in ensuring that guest rooms and hotel public areas meet the meticulous cleanliness, orderliness, and aesthetic criteria that Hilton is famous for. Housekeepers at Hilton play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and a comfortable home-away-from-home atmosphere for guests. This full-time position typically offers competitive pay ranging from $16 to $35 per hour, depending on location, experience, and hotel size, with some locations providing additional benefits including overtime, weekend, and holiday pay premiums.

The Housekeeper / Room Attendant is primarily responsible for cleaning assigned guest rooms, which involves making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, replenishing towels and guest amenities, removing trash, and restocking the housekeeping cart daily. They also respond promptly to guest requests and undertake deep cleaning tasks when necessary to ensure that each room is perfectly prepared for incoming guests. The job requires physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, lift, and push carts throughout the work shift while efficiently meeting daily room quotas. This role is not only about cleanliness but also about attention to detail, guest interaction, and maintaining the welcoming ambiance synonymous with the Hilton brand.

Full-time employees may enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that typically includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off, employee hotel discounts, employee stock purchase plans, and tuition assistance programs. Additionally, some Hilton properties, especially those in major metropolitan areas or unionized hotels, may offer higher wages, attendance bonuses, or performance-based incentives. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy a dynamic work environment, and are committed to delivering top-notch service in a globally respected hospitality organization.
