Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and push carts throughout the shift
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow Hilton brand standards and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and meet daily room quotas
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and push carts for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service skills to respond to guest requests
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean assigned guest rooms to Hilton brand standards
- Make beds and change linens
- Clean bathrooms including sinks, tubs, and toilets
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Replenish towels, toiletries, and guest amenities
- Remove trash and restock housekeeping carts
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Perform deep cleaning tasks when required
- Ensure rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests
