The company is committed to maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, making it a preferred employer for those seeking careers in the hotel and service sectors.

Hilton is currently seeking Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join their team. Some locations may also provide overtime opportunities, weekend pay, or holiday pay premiums.

Full-time housekeeping employees at Hilton may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off, employee hotel discounts, employee stock purchase plans, and tuition assistance programs. Additionally, certain Hilton locations, particularly those in larger cities or unionized hotels, may offer higher wages, attendance bonuses, or performance-based incentives.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and enjoy working in a dynamic hotel environment. Housekeepers at Hilton play a crucial role in ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay by providing meticulously clean and well-prepared rooms.
