Your ability to coordinate with kitchen staff and lead operations efficiently is crucial for maintaining a smooth workflow in our busy kitchen environment.

This position is ideal for culinary professionals who flourish under pressure, are passionate about crafting unforgettable dining experiences and bring creativity and finesse to every plate. You will also need to anticipate challenges proactively and take initiative to resolve issues quickly before they impact service quality.

The Cook role requires someone who can manage their time wisely to ensure prompt food preparation and timely service to guests. We welcome both culinary graduates and individuals with practical experience in hospitality. Certification in food handling compliant with state requirements is mandatory, and you should be ready to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining composure and focus.

Upon successful completion of an initial waiting period, employees hired into full-time positions will enjoy a competitive benefits package that uniquely supports their health and well-being including medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan. Additionally, the hotel offers a daily pay option for eligible employees to provide financial flexibility and convenience.

Join our team and bring your culinary talents to a dynamic and supportive environment where every day presents new opportunities to create exceptional food and memorable guest experiences.
