We are currently seeking a dynamic and engaging Host Person to join our hospitality team. As the Host, you will be the first face our guests see, acting as their personal guide throughout their dining experience, setting the tone for exceptional service. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they enter. Your responsibilities will range from greeting and seating guests with a gracious smile to collaborating with the serving staff to maintain smooth and attentive service during the meal.
In addition to guest interaction, you will assist the cashier with processing payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions to maintain a seamless dining operation. This position requires a friendly, approachable demeanor paired with organizational skills to manage reservations, tables, and guest flow effectively. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant hotel or field experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to assimilate and analyze complex information from various sources and adapt as needed
- Competence in understanding financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions

Job Duties

- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and teamwork
