Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
- lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and training
- handle lost-and-found items, maintain key control, and manage access to secure areas
- ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are consistently met across all facilities and equipment
- step in for Housekeeping Manager during absences
- monitor inventory and order housekeeping supplies as needed
- conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff
