We are currently seeking a dedicated and flexible Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential as the face of the hotel and the ultimate guest experience guru. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for mastering the art of warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and friendly farewells, ensuring every guest interaction is effortless and inviting. This position involves handling reservations, requests, and any unexpected challenges with grace and efficiency, embodying the spirit of a hospitality ninja.
Ideal candidates will excel at providing top-tier guest service and creating memorable experiences for all who walk through our doors. Your ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both with guests and fellow staff, will ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere. Beyond hospitality skills, you will demonstrate quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to turn potential issues into positive outcomes. Organization and multitasking are crucial, as you will be juggling multiple responsibilities including managing financial details during check-ins and check-outs.
Shifts for this role run from 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm, with weekend availability required. Flexibility is key, as we aim to accommodate the varying needs of our guests and maintain exceptional service throughout the day. While this position may require an initial waiting period, it offers long-term stability and growth prospects through full-time employment and a competitive benefits package when eligibility criteria are met. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- flexible availability for shifts between 7 am and 11 pm
- willingness to work weekends
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure
- basic knowledge of computer systems
- customer service experience preferred
