We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server at our hotel, you play a crucial role as the dining room's MVP. This position requires you to create memorable dining experiences by greeting guests warmly, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring every guest's needs are anticipated and met. You will be the face of our dining service, skillfully presenting the menu, advising on dietary considerations, and promoting daily specials while adhering to alcohol service guidelines. Your accuracy in delivering food and beverages ensures that guests receive exactly what they ordered promptly, maintaining high satisfaction.

The role demands excellent multitasking abilities as you manage multiple tables, maintain clean and organized spaces, and stay calm under pressure. You will also process payments accurately, closing checks with confidence, and follow all company policies to ensure the security of transactions. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the service area is essential, complying strictly with hygiene regulations and certification standards. This role requires stamina and physical endurance, as you will be on your feet for long periods, lifting, bending, and moving with agility to keep service running smoothly.

Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a valued asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for engaging professionally with guests and coworkers alike. Additionally, candidates must obtain and maintain all required certifications, such as Alcohol Awareness and a Food Handler’s Card, in compliance with state laws.
