Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the hospitality team to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Maintain compliance with safety, grooming, and certification standards
  • Manage payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity reporting
  • Oversee food quality, promotions, and inventory management
  • Communicate effectively to resolve guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze operational reports and participate in management meetings
  • Support the team by stepping in whenever needed and fostering a positive work atmosphere
