Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the hospitality team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Maintain compliance with safety, grooming, and certification standards
- Manage payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity reporting
- Oversee food quality, promotions, and inventory management
- Communicate effectively to resolve guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Analyze operational reports and participate in management meetings
- Support the team by stepping in whenever needed and fostering a positive work atmosphere
