Job Description

We are a dynamic hospitality company renowned for managing over 800 hotels worldwide, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a team-oriented culture. Located in Midtown, just steps from Georgia Tech and the Midtown MARTA station, our property is perfectly positioned for convenient access to Downtown, as well as popular attractions like the Georgia Aquarium and Piedmont Park within a short distance. Our hotel features a fitness center, outdoor pool, a restaurant serving cooked-to-order breakfast and dinner, and a 24-hour store filled with snacks, emphasizing comfort and convenience for every guest. Our commitment to creating a welcoming environment is reflected in the daily Stand-up Meetings that celebrate achievements, recognize employees, and encourage continuous improvement of our services. We pride ourselves on a diverse workforce and a people-first approach to business, offering employees an array of excellent benefits, comprehensive training programs, discount offers, and opportunities for leadership development and career advancement. We believe in the power of collaboration and support, thinking as a collective “we” rather than an individual "I," which helps us create consistently memorable experiences for our guests.

The Food & Beverage Manager role is a critical leadership position within our hospitality team, responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. This overtime-eligible manager position involves coaching and training team members to deliver exceptional service across all dining venues, including lounges and banquet facilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, able to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and proficient with administrative responsibilities such as payroll and scheduling. As a key operational leader, the Food & Beverage Manager will also drive promotional initiatives, manage inventory, and maintain excellent communication with both staff and guests. With a requirement of at least five years of progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant degree paired with related experience, this role demands strong leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Candidates should be adept in using Windows operating systems and office software, with strong financial and arithmetic skills to support operational decision-making. We offer a competitive package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability plans, life insurance options, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan. Additionally, we provide unique benefits such as daily pay options and extensive opportunities for career growth and development within a global hospitality leader. If you are eager to be the star of our dining scene while driving excellence and team engagement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
