The Dual Front Desk Manager role encompasses managing the front office operations of two distinct properties. This position demands attentiveness, friendliness, efficiency, and courtesy to ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service throughout their stay. Beyond guest relations, the role requires active management to maximize room revenue and occupancy. As a management-level associate, you are expected to commit the necessary time to fulfill your job responsibilities, with overtime applied as per company policy. Leadership responsibilities include supervising at least three full-time associates or their equivalents, with the role primarily involving administrative, executive, and professional tasks that require discretion and independent judgement more than half of the time. This position plays a critical part in shaping the guest experience while maintaining operational excellence across two hotel locations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality or front office management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgement
