This hotel is a bustling hub for families, theme park visitors, and business travelers alike, offering an energetic and dynamic work environment. Among its notable amenities are the on-site dining experience at The Rosemary Room, a heated rooftop pool, a convenient 24-hour grab-and-go market, and Starbucks coffee service, making it a favored destination for guests seeking comfort and convenience in a prime location. The Hilton brand is synonymous with hospitality excellence, and the Buena Park Anaheim location reflects this commitment through its diverse guest services and vibrant team culture. This setting provides a unique opportunity for hospitality professionals to thrive in a high-traffic, entertainment-driven market that prioritizes guest satisfaction and quality service.
The Food & Beverage Manager role at Hilton Buena Park Anaheim is pivotal in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. This leadership position centers on managing the entire food and beverage operations, from front-of-house service to compliance and staff development. As the captain of hospitality, the manager spearheads the guest experience, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout all dining areas including the lounge and banquet halls. The ideal candidate brings an upbeat and engaging energy that helps coach and train team members, ensuring every shift operates smoothly and efficiently. This role also demands a detail-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on maintaining operational standards, including grooming, safety protocols, and certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid. Behind the scenes, the Food & Beverage Manager handles administrative tasks like payroll, scheduling, and productivity tracking, underpinning the seamless functioning of the team. Quality assurance is another key focus, overseeing the presentation and taste of food, creating engaging promotions, and managing inventory and beverage purchasing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as the manager addresses guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Overall, this position requires a general go-getter who is versatile, proactive, and positive, contributing to team meetings, analyzing operational reports, and assisting across roles as needed. With potential full-time status, employees gain access to an attractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability income, life insurance, employee assistance, and a 401k plan. The hotel now also offers daily pay options, underscoring its commitment to supporting its workforce effectively. This role is perfect for candidates with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
