We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be the behind-the-scenes hero, ensuring that every guest's stay is spotless and unforgettable. This leadership position involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations with precision, including conducting inspections, generating reports, and performing productivity checks to guarantee that all tasks meet established standards.
You will lead and inspire a hardworking team of Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication, hands-on training, and motivating enthusiasm. Your role includes stepping in when the Housekeeping Manager is unavailable, demonstrating your ability to manage operations smoothly under any circumstances. Safety and security are paramount in this position; you will be responsible for managing lost-and-found items with care, maintaining strict control over keys and master keys, and overseeing access to secure storage rooms and files.

Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of housekeeping operations and safety protocols
