Job Description

Our establishment is a dynamic full-service restaurant dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Situated within a vibrant hospitality environment located off I-93 in the Cummings Park Business Center, the restaurant benefits from its proximity to local shopping destinations and quick bite options, enhancing the convenience and appeal for both guests and employees. Just a short 10-minute trip from the Woburn Anderson Transportation Center, which offers direct rail connections to downtown Boston, accessibility is a significant advantage, supported further by complimentary shuttle services covering a five-mile radius and ample free parking for all staff and visitors. The restaurant prides itself on fostering a supportive and engaging workplace, with a strong focus on teamwork, professionalism, and consistent quality service. Complementing the dining experience, the on-site amenities include an indoor pool and a fitness center, promoting a well-rounded approach to employee wellness and satisfaction.

In this role as a Food Runner, you will serve as a key contributor to the smooth operation of the restaurant’s front-of-house service. This position demands enthusiasm, professionalism, and a keen attention to detail as you work closely with both the servers and guests. You will be the essential link ensuring timely, accurate, and pleasant delivery of food and beverages, directly impacting the overall guest experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests by name, attentively responding to their requests, assisting servers in menu presentation and information provision, and maintaining the tidiness and organization of service areas. Attention to operational details such as stock monitoring, kitchen communication, and cleanliness prepares you to not only meet but exceed service expectations. This full-time opportunity also offers the possibility of career growth within a supportive environment that values your contributions. The compensation package is competitive and includes daily pay options, which enhance earning flexibility. Additionally, after an initial employment period, you become eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits program designed to cater to your health, financial security, and overall wellbeing. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, various insurance protections, paid time off, and a 401k retirement plan. If you are passionate about delivering great service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this Food Runner role is your chance to join a thriving hospitality team where your efforts directly contribute to memorable dining experiences.
