We are currently seeking a talented Cook to join our culinary team and elevate our food service across all outlets, including the restaurant, café, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquet events. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety. The ideal candidate will be a culinary craftsman with a passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences, skilled at managing kitchen staff, and adept at solving challenges proactively. Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- Food Handlers Certification required must comply with State requirements
- Able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
