Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
  • proficient in windows spreadsheets and word processing
  • strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • oversee guest experience from lounge to banquet ensuring welcoming environment
  • coach and train food and beverage team to run shifts smoothly
  • uphold standards for grooming safety and certifications including food handlers alcohol awareness cpr first aid
  • manage payroll scheduling and staff productivity reporting
  • ensure food quality create promotions oversee inventory and beverage purchasing
  • communicate with guests address requests and concerns promptly
  • analyze reports attend meetings and assist in various operational tasks
