- minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- proficient in windows spreadsheets and word processing
- strong financial and arithmetic skills
- supervisory experience preferred
- excellent communication decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- oversee guest experience from lounge to banquet ensuring welcoming environment
- coach and train food and beverage team to run shifts smoothly
- uphold standards for grooming safety and certifications including food handlers alcohol awareness cpr first aid
- manage payroll scheduling and staff productivity reporting
- ensure food quality create promotions oversee inventory and beverage purchasing
- communicate with guests address requests and concerns promptly
- analyze reports attend meetings and assist in various operational tasks
