Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
  • proficiency in Windows spreadsheets and word processing
  • strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

  • ensure food quality and oversee promotions inventory and purchasing
  • communicate with guests and staff to resolve concerns
  • analyze reports attend meetings and support team operations
