We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. This full-time position offers shifts that vary between 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment. The Front Desk Agent serves as the ultimate ambassador for Hilton Arlington, being the first and last point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in creating an outstanding guest experience by delivering warm welcomes, efficient check-ins and check-outs, and attentive service throughout the guests' stay.
The ideal candidate will have prior hotel experience, with Hilton experience preferred, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for hospitality. Key responsibilities include managing reservations, handling guest inquiries and requests, and maintaining smooth communication with other departments to ensure all guest needs are met promptly and professionally. The position requires a quick-thinking problem solver who can navigate challenges with ease, ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable.
The role demands strong multitasking skills, balancing front desk operations such as processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping, and updating guest information with precision and care. Familiarity with hotel management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is important to succeed in this position. The Front Desk Agent must also be a communication champion, able to convey information clearly and confidently to guests and team members alike.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management software
- Ability to work varying shifts including early mornings and late evenings
