We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to join our dynamic team at Hilton Arlington. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. As an Executive Chef, you will be the culinary leader responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations across multiple food outlets including the café, room service, and banquet facilities. You will bring your passion for cooking and leadership skills to supervise, inspire, and develop a talented culinary team that consistently delivers extraordinary dining experiences.

The role demands creativity and precision in food preparation, guaranteeing that each dish served exceeds quality, taste, and presentation standards. Beyond culinary artistry, you will also take charge of kitchen hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a clean and secure environment for both staff and guests. Job Requirements

  • A two-year college degree with at least three years of related experience or a four-year college degree with a minimum of one year of related experience
  • Five years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field including required supervisory experience
  • Ability to handle stressful high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
  • Must meet certification requirements which may include Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid

Job Qualifications

  • Lead motivate coach and discipline kitchen personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service
  • Manage food costs budgets and maximize cost production ratios to optimize financial performance
  • Maintain cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen work and storage areas adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Clearly convey information and resolve concerns from co-workers and guests effectively
