Job Requirements
- CPR and AED certification
- group fitness class experience
- passion for fitness and motivating others
- insured or willing to obtain liability insurance
- availability weekday evenings from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Job Duties
- Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun workouts
- arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
- use digital tools to clock in and track attendance
- represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
- build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
