Job Description

The hospitality industry is known for its dynamic and demanding nature, and within this landscape, an esteemed hospitality group is setting new standards with the launch of a flagship, high-profile fine dining steakhouse. This ambitious establishment is projected to exceed $7 million in annual revenue, marking it as a premier destination for luxury dining and exceptional culinary experiences. Recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation, this group has built a reputation for delivering sophisticated and memorable hospitality across multiple venues, making them a coveted employer for top-tier professionals in the industry.

This new steakhouse is not just a restaurant; it is an opportunity to shape a landmark in the luxury dining segment. With a focus on impeccable service, superior cuisine, and a curated guest experience, the venue promises to captivate discerning diners seeking an elevated steakhouse journey. As part of a multi-unit organization with a strong growth trajectory, the position offers more than just daily operational management—it offers a strategic role with significant autonomy, influence, and long-term career prospects.

We are seeking an accomplished Restaurant Manager who embodies leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, driving performance while fostering a culture of excellence amongst the team. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of running upscale, high-volume steakhouse operations, blending financial acumen with hands-on management. It is suited for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and who is eager to contribute to the legacy and future success of this exciting new venture.

The Restaurant Manager will be instrumental in setting and maintaining uncompromising service standards, ensuring the entire team delivers a seamless and luxurious dining experience. This includes oversight of premium food presentation, fine dining pacing standards, and a sophisticated wine program. Additionally, the role involves significant P&L responsibility, requiring expertise in labor modeling, food cost management, forecasting, and inventory controls to optimize operational efficiency without compromising guest satisfaction.

Candidates should bring at least five years of managerial experience in upscale, full-service steakhouses, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in restaurants generating $7 million or more annually. A demonstrated ability to coach and retain talent, combined with an ownership mindset and disciplined operational execution, is vital. Preferred backgrounds include experience in premium steakhouse, high-end seafood, or luxury independent dining concepts, ideally with exposure to Michelin-level or James Beard–caliber service environments. Strong wine and beverage literacy and executive presence are also highly valued.

This role offers a competitive base salary of up to $85,000, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and significant growth opportunities within an expanding hospitality group committed to fostering leadership at every level. For ambitious hospitality professionals seeking a leadership platform to excel and grow within an established but evolving organization, this position represents a unique and rewarding challenge.
