Job Requirements
- At ease with high guest traffic counts
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a general management role
- Previous experience managing large teams
- Strong financial acumen

- Previous experience working in an establishment with annualized sales of 8 million dollars or more
- Exceptional knowledge of profit and loss management
- Skilled in negotiating vendor contracts
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of 100 or more employees
- Strong capability in forecasting and executing business operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to uphold and model brand standards consistently
Job Duties
- Coach and develop all direct reports and set expectations for all departments
- Forecast, coordinate, and execute operational strategies effectively
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, delegation, and follow-through
- Uphold brand standards and serve as a role model in all instances
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage large projects
- Oversee profit and loss statements to identify revenue streams and close opportunity gaps
- Provide guidance and oversight to a team of 100 or more members
