Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must possess a valid ATC Responsible Vendor Card verified through LAATC system
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- must pass pre-employment screening including drug screen
- background check required for casino assignments
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience in serving, bartending, or hospitality events
- strong communication and customer service skills
- professional and energetic demeanor
- ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- knowledge of local alcohol service laws
- ability to handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
- capacity to collaborate well with team members and management
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest experiences in an upscale dining environment
- accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure prompt, correct delivery
- support food and beverage service by cleaning own tables and making tea, lattes, and cocktails
- process cash and credit transactions per venue policies
- manage tips responsibly
- maintain cleanliness of service areas
- assist with setup, restocking, and breakdown
- follow local alcohol service laws and venue policies
- check IDs as required
- work closely with bar, kitchen, and event staff to ensure seamless service
- address guest inquiries and concerns professionally
- escalate issues as needed
- comply with all company, venue, and safety guidelines
