Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of culinary experience preferred
- Proven experience in hibachi cooking
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday evening shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Polite and hardworking demeanor
- Willingness to work as sushi chef component
- Consistent attendance during scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare hibachi dishes and maintain quality standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations

- Assist in sushi preparation as needed
- Adhere to established food safety and hygiene protocols
