Job Description
Regency Oaks is a distinguished senior living community that offers a vibrant and supportive environment for aging adults. Known for its commitment to providing exceptional care and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Regency Oaks focuses on enhancing the lives of its residents through comprehensive services and personalized attention. This community embraces a culture of hospitality, ensuring that residents, employees, and guests experience kindness, respect, and high-quality interactions every day. The company values diversity, accountability, and professionalism, dedicating itself to making everyone feel important and heard. It invests not only in the well-being of its residents but also in the development and appreciation of its employees, fostering growth and rewarding excellence.
At Regency Oaks Home Services, the role of Home Health Aide presents an incredible opportunity for compassionate individuals to engage deeply with seniors in a meaningful way. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting residents with various daily activities such as shower assistance, medication reminders, light housekeeping duties including laundry, and shopping. The position offers flexible scheduling options with part-time and PRN roles available, accommodating those who need to work weekends and enjoy personalized, community-focused work without the need for travel between clients. Working in a single location within a beautiful senior living community allows aides to build relationships and contribute significantly to the comfort and happiness of residents.
This role is perfect for someone who values flexible working hours, enjoys supporting seniors in maintaining their independence, and thrives in a setting that prioritizes compassionate care and professional standards. The starting rate is competitive at $15 per hour plus shift differential, reflecting the importance of the work and the dedication of the employees. Moreover, Regency Oaks stands out due to its comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision insurance, life coverage, disability options, and a retirement plan. Paid training, paid time off, paid holidays, and an Employee Assistance Program further support staff in their personal and professional lives.
Regency Oaks strongly emphasizes hospitality in all interactions, creating a culture where every gesture from greeting residents by name with a smile to attentively responding to their needs is a critical part of daily life. Employees are encouraged to show kindness, respect, and enthusiasm, enhancing the community environment and ensuring a top-quality experience for residents. The company also invests in its workforce by offering scholarships, educational assistance, a rewards program, and opportunities for promotion from within, reflecting its dedication to employee growth and satisfaction.
As part of this team, the Home Health Aide will be a key player in upholding these hospitality promises and delivering exceptional care. The successful candidate will be self-directed, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate reliability and compassion. They must also be pet-friendly, capable of engaging with and walking pets as needed. Background screening is mandatory in compliance with AHCA regulations to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Joining Regency Oaks means becoming part of an extraordinary community committed to enhancing senior living through attentive, personalized care and unwavering respect for each individual’s unique story and needs. This is not just a job; it is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of some of the wisest people on earth while advancing your career in a supportive, value-driven environment.
