Job Description

We are a dedicated home health care provider serving the North Pinellas area, including communities such as Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, and Safety Harbor. Our company prioritizes consistent, relationship-based care that allows seniors to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Unlike high-turnover agencies that rely on fill-in work or frequently changing assignments, we focus on continuity, dependability, and professionalism. This approach ensures caregivers build strong, trusting relationships with the clients they serve, fostering a supportive and stable environment for both parties.

As a well-established home health care provider, we are now hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our compassionate and mature care team. This position is ideal for professionals seeking steady, predictable work with reliable hours and consistent client assignments. Caregivers in this role will be carefully matched with clients to promote long-term relationships and provide personalized care that meets each individual's unique needs. Our scheduling system emphasizes reliable hours close to home, minimizing travel time and enhancing work-life balance. This is not a rotational or shift-based role; instead, you will work regularly with the same clients, which allows for the development of a deeper understanding of their needs and preferences.

In this role, you will provide essential personal care services including assistance with bathing, grooming, hygiene, mobility support, transfers, toileting, incontinence care, and ensuring safe daily routines. Observation and communication of any changes in clients' conditions are also a critical aspect of the job, enabling prompt responses and coordinated care efforts with other healthcare professionals. Our team fosters a respectful work environment where caregivers are supported through professional onboarding, clear communication, and accessible office assistance.

We offer competitive hourly pay ranging typically from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, discussed in detail during the initial hiring call. Schedules remain flexible yet consistent, designed to fit your availability while emphasizing ongoing client assignments. This stable scheduling approach supports financial security and professional satisfaction, which are key reasons our caregivers stay with us long-term. Additionally, our company invests in best practices to promote caregiver well-being and client satisfaction through reliable support and respectful work relationships.

If you are an experienced Home Health Aide looking for steady employment with consistent clients, a mature and dependable team, and a professional environment that values your dedication, we encourage you to apply. Join an organization that respects your contribution to quality care and strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors across North Pinellas. Apply today to begin a rewarding career with stable hours and fulfilling daily work that genuinely impacts clients' lives for the better.
