Job Duties
- Greet all guests sincerely with a warm smile and provide superior guest service as they enter the building
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests at any time
- Answer the telephone with a smile, answer questions and direct calls appropriately
- Make reservations and call-ahead requests for guests
- Assign parties to tables and rotate seating equally between stations
- Quote wait times and monitor the wait list while keeping guests informed
- Maintain a clean lobby and work station with no visible trash
- Strictly abide by state liquor regulations especially regarding service to minors and intoxicated persons
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
