Job Duties

  • Greet all guests sincerely with a warm smile and provide superior guest service as they enter the building
  • Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests at any time
  • Answer the telephone with a smile, answer questions and direct calls appropriately
  • Make reservations and call-ahead requests for guests
  • Assign parties to tables and rotate seating equally between stations
  • Quote wait times and monitor the wait list while keeping guests informed
  • Maintain a clean lobby and work station with no visible trash
  • Strictly abide by state liquor regulations especially regarding service to minors and intoxicated persons
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
