The pilot position at Mercy Air involves operating EC145 and EC135 aircraft under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) with a competitive salary ranging from $99,480 to $111,901, accompanied by 120% ACCRA pay, location stipends up to $25,000, an IFR stipend of $3,000, and experience stipends up to $12,000. Off-duty housing is also available, and a significant $40,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Pilots are integral to the mission of transporting medical teams and patients safely to receiving hospitals.
