The Line Cook role at Twin Peaks is integral to achieving the restaurant's commitment to culinary excellence and guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for preparing and executing menu items adhering strictly to Twin Peaks' recipes and quality standards. Line Cooks ensure all dishes meet consistency, presentation, and portioning requirements, contributing directly to the overall dining experience. Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, Line Cooks must balance speed with meticulous attention to detail, sanitation, and food safety standards. The role supports kitchen operations by collaborating with front-of-house and heart-of-house teams to facilitate smooth service.

Job Requirements
- must complete all required Twin Peaks Heart of House training prior to working independently
- must comply with all local and state certification requirements (e.g., food handler certifications)
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (kegs, cases, supplies)
- ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- ability to work in wet, humid, or high-temperature environments
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a line cook or in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and specifications
- follow all prep procedures and line build standards to ensure consistency and quality
- check quality and freshness of ingredients prior to use
- maintain proper portioning and presentation standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and GHS standards
- ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
- work collaboratively with other heart of house and front of house team members to ensure efficient service
- assist with opening, closing, and daily prep responsibilities
- operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- participate in training and development using company systems and tools
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
- maintain a clean and professional appearance in accordance with Twin Peaks uniform standards
- follow all grooming, hygiene, and dress code requirements
