The Line Cook position at Twin Peaks is a critical role within the kitchen team, responsible for preparing and executing high-quality menu items in strict accordance with company standards. This role demands precision, consistency, and a strong attention to detail, as Line Cooks are directly involved in the food preparation process that directly impacts guest satisfaction. Line Cooks will prepare food items following established recipes and specifications, maintain proper portioning and presentation standards, and contribute to keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with all sanitation and safety guidelines. The position requires collaboration with both the Heart of House and Front of House teams to ensure efficient service and a seamless dining experience for guests. Job Requirements
- must complete all required Twin Peaks Heart of House training prior to working independently
- must comply with all local and state certification requirements such as food handler certifications
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds such as kegs, cases, supplies
- ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- ability to work in wet, humid, or high-temperature environments

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and specifications
- follow all prep procedures and line build standards to ensure consistency and quality
- check quality and freshness of ingredients prior to use
- maintain proper portioning and presentation standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and GHS standards
- ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
- work collaboratively with other Heart of House and Front of House team members to ensure efficient service
- assist with opening, closing, and daily prep responsibilities
- operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- participate in training and development using company systems and tools
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
- maintain a clean and professional appearance in accordance with Twin Peaks uniform standards
- follow all grooming, hygiene, and dress code requirements
