The Line Cook position at Twin Peaks is a critical role that directly contributes to the restaurant's commitment to delivering exceptional food and service. Job Requirements
- must complete all required Twin Peaks Heart of House training prior to working independently
- must comply with all local and state certification requirements (e.g., food handler certifications)
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (kegs, cases, supplies)
- ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- ability to work in wet, humid, or high-temperature environments
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a line cook or in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and specifications
- follow all prep procedures and line build standards to ensure consistency and quality
- check quality and freshness of ingredients prior to use
- maintain proper portioning and presentation standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and GHS standards
- ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
- work collaboratively with other Heart of House and Front of House team members to ensure efficient service
- assist with opening, closing, and daily prep responsibilities
- operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- participate in training and development using company systems and tools
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
- maintain a clean and professional appearance in accordance with Twin Peaks uniform standards
- follow all grooming, hygiene, and dress code requirements
