Additionally, the role acts as a communication link between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to facilitate smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction. Scheduled shift changes require thorough cleaning and restocking duties, as well as equipment checks and support for other stations as needed. The employee must comply with all department procedures, service timelines, and quality standards, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
