Established as a popular sports bar and grill, the company prides itself on delivering a dynamic dining experience that combines delicious food with an energetic atmosphere ideal for social gatherings and game-day celebrations. With hundreds of locations across the United States, Buffalo Wild Wings has become a staple for wing lovers and sports enthusiasts alike. The brand is synonymous with high-quality ingredients, timely service, and a friendly environment where guests can enjoy both classic and innovative menu selections.

This job opening is for a Kitchen Team Member position at Buffalo Wild Wings, focusing on the preparation and production of all menu items. This role is integral to the kitchen operations, involving multiple stations such as Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo. Each station plays a vital role in ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency in a high-paced environment. The team member will be responsible for following rigorous preparation and sanitation standards, portioning ingredients accurately, and maintaining an organized workstation. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to food safety protocols including Proper FIFO (first-in, first-out) and FDIR procedures. The role is pivotal in supporting a smooth flow of kitchen operations and guaranteeing customer satisfaction with every order.

The Chip station tasks involve preparing fried chips, wedges, and onion rings with emphasis on fryer maintenance to ensure the quality of shortening and food safety. The Grill station requires preparation of grilled items and responsibilities to keep the grill and work area clean and operational. At the Shake station, the individual will manage sauce and seasoning pumps, ensure cleanliness, and monitor wing holding drawers to maintain optimal temperatures. The Southwest station focuses on preparing wraps, salads, and flatbreads while properly stocking and sanitizing the cold rail.

In addition, the Expo station serves as a communication bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, managing food presentation, quality control, and timely delivery to guests. Team members must also be ready to assist with shift change duties including cleaning, restocking, managing waste, and reporting any equipment issues to the Manager on Duty. This role demands strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a friendly and productive work environment.

Overall, this full-time or part-time position provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in the food service industry, gaining experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and customer service within a reputable and fast-paced restaurant setting.
