Job Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Ability to work on foot for long periods
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-intensity job setting
- Heart of a competitor with sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community, and fun
- Willingness to participate in food safety training
- Availability for station training lasting two to three weeks
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a restaurant or culinary skills preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work on foot for extended periods
- Capacity to handle a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Strong team spirit embodying sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community, and fun
- Willingness to learn and complete food safety basic training
Job Duties
- Prepare and produce menu items according to company standards
- Slice, dice, cook, grill, and sauce food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service
- Participate in station training sessions
- Contribute to creating an enjoyable and energetic atmosphere
