Known for its energetic atmosphere, large screens broadcasting live sports, and an extensive menu featuring incredible wings and other delicious offerings, the company prides itself on delivering a high-energy environment that keeps guests coming back for more. As a brand on the rise, Buffalo Wild Wings continues to expand and innovate, making it an exciting place to work for individuals who are passionate about food, sports, and customer service.

The Heart of House (HOH) role at Buffalo Wild Wings is a vital position within the restaurant. This role is all about the magic that happens behind the scenes in the kitchen where much of the guest experience is crafted. The Heart of House team members are responsible for food preparation and production. They engage in slicing, dicing, cooking, grilling, and saucing to create menu items that wow guests and keep them coming back for more. The role requires a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment where teamwork, speed, and precision are essential. The company values a spirit of competition, community involvement, and spontaneity, making it a great fit for individuals who thrive in dynamic team environments. The flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities further make it a desirable job for those looking to grow within the hospitality or culinary field.

In addition to the rewarding work environment, Buffalo Wild Wings offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes discounted meals, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options, paid time off (PTO), and 401K plans, subject to eligibility.
