The role of Valet Attendant at LAZ Parking, based at Banner Health in Peoria, AZ, is a full-time position that offers a competitive pay rate of $15.15 per hour, with no tip credit, supplemented by cash tips averaging an additional $5 to $10 per hour. This schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, giving employees weekends off, making it a well-balanced job for those who value their personal time. Additional incentives include a $250 referral bonus and a $100 sign-on bonus after 60 days of employment.
A Valet Attendant is a key front-line role where first impressions matter greatly. The person in this role is the first and last face customers see, responsible not only for parking and retrieving vehicles efficiently but also for offering courteous, professional, and friendly customer service. This position demands a high level of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a warm demeanor, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Valet Attendant must be able to handle traffic direction, maintain company equipment, manage customer inquiries and complaints according to policy, and assist with special projects when needed.
The role also requires adherence to health and safety regulations, including a mandatory flu vaccination, which is provided onsite at the healthcare location. Those requesting exemptions will have to coordinate with HR and the client for approval. This job is physically demanding, requiring the ability to work in various weather conditions, lift or move at least 25 pounds, and stand or walk for extended periods. Driving skills are critical, including a valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles. Experience in customer service, cash handling, and prior parking industry work are preferred but not mandatory.

Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with at least two years of driving experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Must receive flu vaccination or obtain approved exemption
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including heat and rain
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, run, bend, stoop, and squat for long periods
- Strong communication skills in English
- Must be a team player and highly responsible
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Strong customer service experience

- Two years of driving experience with an active license
