The role offered is a permanent position located in Columbus, Ohio, with a competitive salary range between $115,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on the candidate’s experience. In addition to a base salary, this position offers a performance-based bonus ranging from $12,500 to $20,000 annually, reflecting the success and profitability of the managed projects. The Healthcare Project Manager will be integral in leading complex healthcare construction projects from inception through completion. The role involves managing various aspects of construction including preconstruction planning, safety oversight, subcontractor management, stakeholder coordination, and financial administration. The successful candidate will ensure that projects comply with healthcare construction regulations such as Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) standards and meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
