The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that emphasize the benefits of long-term care and foster meaningful connections with local organizations and healthcare professionals. As a dynamic and independent role, it requires someone with excellent communication skills who thrives on outreach and engagement. The successful candidate will spend a significant portion of their time connecting with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies to drive community awareness and support admissions processes. This role demands local travel between two of our facilities, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy mobility and building partnerships on the ground.
The Marketing Coordinator will also take responsibility for facilitating admissions by conducting facility tours and managing the admission of new residents. Tracking and reporting on marketing activities and admissions data are vital tasks that support leadership decisions and help improve outreach efforts. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to successfully supporting various community events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
