Working morning shifts with varying days and rotating weekends, the role is essential for providing an outstanding patient and guest experience within the hospital setting. As a Healthcare Host/Hostess, you will serve as a warm and welcoming presence, acting as an ambassador for customer service excellence. The core responsibilities include coordinating meal delivery for patients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in patient meal trays and floor stock, and supporting direct patient contact through bedside meal set-up. Your role requires effective communication with hospital staff, patients, and guests to maintain high standards of service that foster a caring and supportive environment.
