The Healthcare Host/Hostess role at Hillcrest Medical Center represents a vital position within the hospital’s support team. This part-time rotational shift job offers hourly pay at $15.00 and requires flexibility with varying shifts and open availability preferred. As a Healthcare Host/Hostess, you serve as a warm and welcoming ambassador who ensures patient satisfaction by providing attentive, friendly service during meal delivery and other guest interactions. This role is pivotal in enhancing the patient experience by facilitating accurate and timely meal services, collaborating closely with hospital staff, and maintaining nourishment areas with care and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include communicating effectively with patients, hospital staff, and guests to coordinate meal delivery, managing special dietary requirements by accurately recording food types and amounts, and ensuring that meal carts reach patient units promptly and in good condition. You will also assist with meal set-up directly at the patient bedside, maintain clean and organized nourishment areas through inventory checks and restocking, as well as operate technical equipment safely and efficiently. The ability to attend scheduled shifts reliably and with punctuality is essential, as is adaptability to meet the needs that may change based on hospital demands.
