At the UCF Lake Nona Medical Center, Sodexo is currently seeking a Healthcare Host/Hostess for a part-time position. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and enhancing patient experience within the healthcare setting. The healthcare host/hostess acts as a warm-welcomer and experience ambassador, responsible for communicating effectively with patients, hospital staff, and guests to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of meal services. The role involves delivering meal carts to patient units, assisting with bedside meal set-up, discarding soiled trays, and maintaining inventory for nourishment areas. The position demands reliability and punctuality, with the expectation that the healthcare host/hostess attends all scheduled shifts on time and with regularity. Shifts are varied and include mornings, afternoons, evenings, some weekends, and holidays, providing flexibility but also requiring adaptability.

This position offers a pay range between $15.00 and $16.75 per hour, reflecting the part-time nature of the employment.
