Specifically located at Atrium Health University City, SodexoMagic is currently seeking part-time Healthcare Hosts and Hostesses to join their dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring patients and hospital guests receive warm, courteous service that enhances their overall healthcare experience. The part-time positions offer flexible and varying shifts, with an hourly wage of $19.00, inviting candidates with open availability or flexible schedules to thrive in this role.

As a Healthcare Host/Hostess at SodexoMagic, you will be an essential ambassador of hospitality within the healthcare environment. Your role centers on providing attentive and personalized customer service, managing meal tray delivery efficiently, and engaging with patients in a professional, compassionate manner. Your responsibilities will include communicating effectively with hospital staff, patients, and guests to ensure timely and accurate meal service, recording special dietary needs, and delivering meal carts to patient units. You'll also assist with meal set-up at the bedside, engage in direct patient contact, manage soiled trays, and maintain stock levels in nourishment areas. Efficient operation of technical equipment and punctuality are critical for success in this role. Flexibility is also key, as duties may vary according to specific client needs and hospital requirements.
