The role of Healthcare Host/Hostess at Sodexo, specifically located at HCA Florida Capital Hospital, is an on-call part-time position offering a pay range of $14 to $16 per hour. This role is crucial in delivering an outstanding patient experience within the hospital setting. As a Healthcare Host/Hostess, you are the warm and welcoming face of Sodexo, acting as an experience ambassador whose dedication to customer service leaves a meaningful impact on patients, staff, and visitors alike. The responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of patient meal trays and floor stock, recording special food requirements, delivering meal carts to patient units, and assisting in bedside meal setup. You will also be responsible for discarding soiled trays, managing nourishment area inventory, and operating technical equipment accurately. Punctuality and reliability are important, as is the ability to adapt and support a safe work environment.
