The position of Healthcare Host/Hostess at Sodexo is a full-time opportunity located at Our Lady of the Lake. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for patients, staff, and guests in a hospital setting. The scheduled shifts vary and open availability is preferred to accommodate the dynamic needs of the healthcare environment. The pay rate for this position is $15.50 per hour.

As a Healthcare Host/Hostess, you act as an ambassador of hospitality within the hospital, ensuring that meal services run smoothly and patients receive timely and accurate food deliveries. Your role involves direct interaction with patients, providing assistance with meal setup at the bedside, and ensuring cleanliness by discarding soiled trays. You are responsible for maintaining inventory in nourishment areas as well as operating relevant technical equipment efficiently and accurately. This position requires strong communication skills to coordinate with patients, hospital staff, and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet scheduling demands. Reliability, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset are key traits for success in this role.
