The role of Healthcare Executive Chef at Morrison Healthcare is a vital leadership position within an acute care hospital setting. As the Healthcare Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for your assigned dining account, leading and managing a dedicated team of associates. The role demands a focus on safety and sanitation standards specific to healthcare environments, ensuring that all food preparation and service meet regulatory and company quality standards. Beyond managing daily operations, you will be responsible for controlling costs, creating and planning innovative menus, purchasing and inventory management, and leading the rollout of new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and the culinary team.
