Job Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Meet all applicable state and platform eligibility requirements
- Own or have access to a 4-door vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance with name on it, registration and safe driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and support teams
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professional service
- Complete background screening and motor vehicle record check
- Pass drug screening
- Pass vehicle inspection
- Complete required safety and passenger-assistance training
- Provide safety supplies
- Proof of personal auto insurance meeting state requirements
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Have effective communication skills
- Experience in providing customer service or assistance to individuals with mobility needs is advantageous but not required
- Ability to use mobile apps for trip management
- Commitment to professionalism, safety, and reliability
Job Duties
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to members including seniors and individuals with mobility needs
- Communicate effectively with members and support teams
- Accept or decline scheduled trip opportunities based on personal schedule
- Maintain vehicle in good working condition and comply with safety standards
- Complete necessary onboarding requirements such as background checks and vehicle inspections
- Follow all traffic laws and platform policies
- Attend required safety and passenger-assistance training
