Job Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Own or have access to a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer recommended) in good working condition
- Maintain valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle registration
- Pass background screening and motor vehicle record check
- Complete drug screening and vehicle inspection
- Successfully finish safety and passenger-assistance training
- Have ability to communicate effectively with members and support teams
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience driving and knowledge of local routes
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs
- Commitment to professional and courteous service
- Familiarity with smartphone apps for rideshare services
Job Duties
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to healthcare appointments
- Communicate effectively with members and support teams
- Accept and manage trip requests using the Wingz platform
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- Adhere to safety, vehicle, and regulatory standards
- Complete vehicle and background inspections as required
- Participate in safety and passenger-assistance training
