Job Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Meet all applicable state and platform eligibility requirements
- Own or have access to a 4-door vehicle 2010 or newer recommended in good working condition
- Maintain valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle registration
- Commit to safety, reliability, and professional service
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and support teams
- Complete background screening, motor vehicle record check, drug screening, and vehicle inspection
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal auto insurance with your name on the policy
- Safe driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse members
- Completion of required safety and passenger-assistance training
- Experience in transportation or rideshare services preferred
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and mobile app usage
Job Duties
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to members including seniors and individuals with mobility needs
- Accept or deny scheduled trip opportunities based on personal schedule
- Maintain communication with members and support teams to ensure service quality
- Complete onboarding and compliance requirements including background checks and vehicle inspections
- Uphold commitment to safety, reliability, and professional driving standards
- Manage vehicle maintenance to ensure good working condition
- Receive earnings via weekly direct deposit and manage trip earnings through the app
